Q1. What payment methods are currently available?
Currently offers credit cards, Web ATM, eCoin online payments, ATM virtual account payment, convenience stores and other payment method of payment.
 
Q2. How do I know whether my payment is success or not?
Please go to the service desk "Order query" , to check the status of goods ordered, if it has been a successful payment, will appear in the order status "to be shipped."
 
Q3. I have already transfer, but the order status still shows "waiting for payment"?

Q6. Why did my order get cancelled after I made my payment?

If you transfer have been carried out to confirm action, but the orders been canceled, may be that your remittances are not successful, we recommend that you call the bank to confirm whether that amount is deducted.
